After the last couple weekends, it’s almost strange not to be spending the day traveling – but I’m not complaining! Spring weather seems to have finally hit Western New York – and I’m hoping it’s here to stay. A few links I’m loving right now:

I’ve never really known much about fracking — that is, until I moved to Western New York and discovered what a huge issue it is here. Hundreds of people protesting fracking converged in on Buffalo last week — and in Cattaraugus County, a smaller, but no less passionate crowd gathered to make their voice heard. One man I spoke with said he used to think there were two sides to the issue… and then he began investigating.

Before I moved to Western NY, I thought 40 degree temps were unbearable… I quickly realized that I lived a charmed life in California. And the perks of being a TV reporter?
